1 Special Notice Differentiate between Mainland and Hong Kong flights. Mainland direct flights do not accept items over 120CM, counterfeit goods, products with batteries and magnets, and wooden crates. Only accept general goods in cardboard boxes. Products with batteries and magnets must be declared and noted. Failure to do so will result in legal responsibility and compensation for any losses. Please refer to shipping principles.
2 Insurance Customers are responsible for purchasing their own cargo insurance or can entrust our company to purchase freight insurance. The premium is 0.3% of the declared value, with a minimum of 50RMB per shipment. Insurance covers receipt, number of boxes, and cargo damage. Amazon warehouse storage is also covered. If insurance is not purchased, our company will compensate according to the standard compensation policy.
3 No Service/Inquiry for Postal Codes The following postal codes are not serviced or inquired: 2059, 2898-2899, 6798-6799, 7151-7154, 6324, 4280, 4300, 3336. These are island areas or locations where delivery is not available.
4 Postal Codes Starting with 7 Only accept cardboard box shipments with a maximum length of 60CM.
5 Volume Billing Method Chargeable weight is calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or volumetric weight, using a volume ratio of 1:167 (volume/6000).
6 Packing List and EMPP Electronic versions of the packing list and invoice must be provided for shipments. Please refer to the packing list and invoice template or contact our customer service for more information. It is essential to confirm the accuracy of the declared value, especially for shipments with a value of around 1000AUD or individual items with high value and a weight exceeding 50KG. In case of customs inspection and EMPP suspicion of under-declaration, additional documents such as proof of value must be provided. Submission of EMPP documents incurs an additional fee of AUD 70 per submission.
7 AQIS If customs inspection requires opening and checking the shipment, additional charges will apply based on the actual cost.
8 Customs Clearance and Taxes The quoted price does not include commercial customs clearance fees at the destination port. Shipments with a declared value over 1000AUD will incur a commercial customs clearance fee of 100AUD per shipment. The tax liability is borne by the payer, with Australian customs duties set at 15% of the cargo value.
9 Oversize/Overweight Surcharge For shipments with a single piece chargeable weight of 30-35KG, an additional fee of 100RMB per piece applies
For shipments with a single piece chargeable weight exceeding 35KG, an additional fee of 300RMB per piece applies.
For shipments with a single side exceeding 120-199CM, an additional fee of 18USD per piece applies.
For shipments with a single side exceeding 200-299CM, an additional fee of 53USD per piece applies.
For shipments with a single side exceeding 300-399CM, an additional fee of 142USD per piece applies.
For shipments with a single side exceeding 400-499CM, an additional fee of 178USD per piece applies.
For shipments with a single side exceeding 500-599CM, an additional fee of 249USD per piece applies.
For shipments with a single side exceeding 600CM and above, an additional fee of 400USD per piece applies.
Oversize and overweight charges are cumulative. Delivery does not include unloading fees. For unloading services, please inquire separately. Maximum dimensions for express delivery are 240*200*150CM, and for shipments weighing over 900KG, please inquire separately. If non-unloading service is selected, please inform the recipient to provide a self-unloading forklift. Wooden crate shipments must use fumigation-free plywood with forklift feet higher than 10CM and must have openable loose-leaf pages. Otherwise, any additional costs and delivery delays will not be the responsibility of our company.
10 Fumigation and Inspection Fees Wooden, rattan, bamboo, and other wood-based products require fumigation certification. Fumigation service is available at 89USD per shipment for up to 5CBM and 1000RMB per shipment for over 5CBM. Inspection service is available at 160USD per shipment.
11 General Trade Customs Declaration Customs declaration fee is 62USD per document, and additional pages are charged at 8.9USD per page. Actual cost will apply in case of inspection.
12 China-Australia Certificate of Origin According to China-Australia trade terms, the China-Australia Certificate of Origin can exempt some Australian duties. Please inquire separately for special products. The service fee for the certificate is 27USD per document. If there are more than 20 product names, an additional page fee of 5.4USD per document will apply. Please inform us before delivery. (Note: The China-Australia Certificate of Origin only exempts duties, and government taxes and GST still need to be paid.)
13 Declared Product Names An additional fee of 4.5USD per product name will be charged if the declared product names exceed 5.
14 Tailgate Fee If a single item weighs over 25KG, prior notice should be given to the recipient to provide a forklift. Actual cost will apply for tailgate delivery.
15 Second Delivery Fee Local Australian courier companies do not provide free second deliveries. If a second delivery is required, the actual cost will be charged, and the sender is responsible for payment.
16 Storage Charges and Address Changes After the cargo is delivered to the warehouse, if it needs to be returned due to the sender's request, a storage fee of 0.02USD/KG/day plus a handling fee of 53USD per shipment will be charged. Changes such as address modifications or other services after packing are not guaranteed to be successful. Our company does not assume any responsibility for such cases and will charge relevant service fees. Please inquire for specific details.
17 Prohibited Goods Counterfeit goods, cigarettes, weapons, mobile phones, flammable and explosive materials, jewelry, drugs, narcotics, optical discs, and other dangerous and illegal goods are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted.
18 Seized Goods Disposal Fee If customs seizes goods and they cannot be cleared or if they cannot be cleared within 30 (natural) days after entering the warehouse, the goods must be disposed of according to customs requirements. The fee is 144AUD per shipment plus 30AUD per kilogram.
19 Return Goods Disposal Fee If no instructions are given within 30 days after receiving a return shipment, our company will automatically handle the disposal and charge a fee of 0.6AUD per kilogram.
20 Free Storage Period The free storage period in Australia is 3 working days after unpacking/unloading. If it exceeds 3 working days, demurrage fees will be charged. The air freight demurrage fee is 0.3AUD/day/kg, and the sea freight demurrage fee is 96AUD/BL + 36AUD/CBM/day. The same demurrage fees apply if customs inspects the EMPP and it exceeds the free storage period.
